The Little Sisters of the Assumption have been in the Philippines since 2001. Our community lives in Malibay, Pasay City.
We began our apostolate / mission with the people of Barangay 180 in particular Isla, Maricaban, Pasay City. It is normal for us to ask the people to help us to identify their needs so that we can begin to work together at grassroots level. This is what we did, and from the beginning we have slowly worked out the programs and projects that we have today.. These projects can be described under the headings of Early Learning Education, health, Livelihood, youth , Special Needs Classes.
Spirituality.
Each month Sr. Liliana organizes a gathering of the staff and workers from our three main projects, Livelihood, clinic and Early Learning Centre: this is in order to share and deepen our Spirituality as Little Sisters of the Assumption, that we may know better Jesus, Saviour and Servant.
